Vocal Recording Consultation                                                           

The Voice Room^TM offers Vocal Recording Consultation services to vocalists, who need to reduce time, money and frustration on their vocal recording projects.  Services include: 

• Recording Session Preparation
• Recording Session Voice Coaching
• Song Development and Arrangement

Recording Session Preparation takes place at the recording studio 30 to 45 minutes prior to starting the session.  This session comprises of vocal and resonance warm-ups, which will help the vocalist to sing at ease.  Total vocal relaxation is critical in voice recording.  It will enable the vocalist to sustain their voice at their optimum and their voice quality will last longer during the recording session.

Recording Session Voice Coaching is to prevent vocal strain; the Master Coach will assist the vocalist to quickly isolate and correct problems on any vocal issues such as pitching and projection, that would otherwise cause vocal strain due to repeat takes during recording.  This session takes place at the recording studio.

Song Development and Arrangement involves anything the vocalist needs to prepare their songs prior to stepping into the recording studio. This could include developing and arrangement of song pieces, pronunciation and articulation advise (English, Mandarin and Cantonese), vocal techniques application, as well as correction of any vocal difficulties within each song. This session takes place outside the recording studio prior to recording.          

Consultation Fee:

Weekdays

Between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm:    S$ 150 per hour

After 6:00 pm:                          S$ 200 per hour

Weekends          

Between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm:    S$ 250 per hour

After 6:00 pm:                          S$ 300 per hour

Note:  Fridays after 6:00 pm will be charged weekend rate.
