Life Coaching FAQs

A Life Coach helps you find focus, identify your goals, track your progress, and
stay motivated along the way.

A Life Coach helps keep you on track – not just with your long-range goals, but
also with your monthly, weekly, and daily goals.

Q1:        Why are so many people now using Professional Life Coaches?

Many people appear outwardly successful and yet feel isolated, frustrated, and
even overwhelmed.  Coaching helps these professionals cut through the clutter
to focus on what's really important in their lives.

When you have a professionally trained Life Coach working with you, you have a
trained support coach – someone who knows what to do, knows how to guide
you – and stays with you, helping you get through the obstacles, and reach your
goals.

Your Life Coach is a mentor, a guide, and a motivator – giving you objective
feedback, encouragement, and non-stop support, so that you know you are not
alone changing your life.

Our specialty is working with women who want to take action and stay focused on
achieving a their life goals.  We work with women who want to get more out any
area of their life; more personal growth, more financial stability, more time, more
quality relationships, more satisfaction and more fulfilment.  All goals can be
fulfilled.  You just need to be motivated and keep on track and your Life Coach
will provide you with all the support and motivation to help you stay focus and
positive and eventually help to achieve your goals.

Q2:        How does Life Coaching work?

You’ll meet with your coach once a week, by phone, for a one-on-one
conference.  This phone conference usually lasts for about 45 minutes.  In each
phone conference you and your Life Coach will plan and review, together, each
of your “focus goals” and action areas.  In each session, you’ll also receive
support and guidance in creating the right attitudes and motivation in the areas
that you want to work on most.

In addition to the weekly phone conferences, you’ll also communicate by e-mail,
so you’ll have help and support throughout the week.  Hence giving you a feeling
that you are not doing it alone and that your Life Coach is always with you.

Q3:        How does Life Coaching work?

Q4:        Why do we choose phone Coaching?  What are the advantages?

Phone coaching is arguably more effective than face-to-face coaching for the
following reasons:

It is more efficient - no one needs to travel and less time wastage on
unnecessary coffee chit-chats.
Cost savings on transportation.
Quality time well-spent.
Fewer distractions to divert either the coach or you.  Allow us to focus
solely on our objectives in improving your life.
Feel more free to speak your heart out and be honest with your coach.

Q5:        What areas does a Life Coach focus on each week?

Along with defining, setting, and tracking your goals, you will focus on every important aspect of your attitudes and actions that determine your success in
each area of interest in your life:

Job & Career
Personal Growth
Money & Finances
Self-Esteem
Personal Relationships
Health & Fitness
Personal Organization
Quality of Life

Q6:        What is the whole duration of coaching?

We would recommend you to commit 3 months for a start as most clients experience significant changes and improvements in 4-6 months.  Some them
stay with the coach for a long time. The coach-client relationship will continue as
long as the client perceives value from the coaching sessions.

Q7:        Will my coaching be kept confidential?

Absolutely. All coaching-in person, group, or phone coaching is always kept
confidential between the coach and you.

Q8:        What is my part in the coaching relationship?

As a client, you're responsible for showing up with a commitment in order to
achieve maximum result from each session.   You agree to prepare yourself for
each session, which means working on the topic or assignment set by your
coach and be willing to tell the truth even when it isn't pretty. You agree to keep
your appointments with your coach and work together to create the coaching
relationship that will be most fruitful for you.
